We understand that hiring a cleaning company can raise a lot of questions, and we're here to help. On this page, we've compiled some of the most common questions we receive from our clients. From our services to our products, our team is committed to providing you with the best possible cleaning experience. What services do you offer?
We offer a range of cleaning services, including domestic cleaning (one-off cleans, weekly cleans, fortnightly cleans, monthly cleans) commercial cleaning, builders clean, end of tenancy cleaning, spring cleaning, deep cleaning, carpet cleaning and Air BnB property management services. Our specialist teams of professional cleaners can tailor our services to meet your specific needs whatever your requirement.

Will I always have the same cleaner?
We will provide you with a regular cleaner so you will feel comfortable with the same person each time. We will inform you if the cleaner is unable to attend due to illness or other reasons.

We will always seek your permission before we provide a replacement cleaner.

How do I schedule a cleaning?
You can schedule a cleaning by calling us, whatsapping, or emailing us. We'll work with you to find a convenient time for your cleaning appointment.

How do I pay?
You can either make payments on the day by cash the the cleaner or set up a Direct debit if more convenient. This is often a preferred method of paying. All payments must be made before or on the day of the clean unless we have a separate arrangement made with you for a monthly direct debit.

What if I need to cancel?
Depending on the type of service you are having, we have different policies. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions on page 4 here.

What kind of products do you use?
We use various cleaning products - Our team carefully selects cleaning solutions and techniques to ensure the best results, we sometimes change our products if you would like a current list then please feel free to email us and we will let you know what products we are working with. Should you wish for us to use your own cleaning products then please let us know at the time of booking and leave them easily accessible for our cleaners.

Are your cleaners insured?
Yes, all of our cleaners are fully insured. We take the safety and security of our clients and our employees seriously, and we want you to feel confident when you choose our cleaning services.

How often can I have a clean?
We offer regular weekly, fortnightly and monthly cleans. We charge slightly more for monthly cleans.

Do I need to be present for the clean?
That is entirely up to you. A majority of our cleans occur whilst the house is empty. We hold spare keys for customers so the cleaners can let themselves in and out for the clean. But if you wish to be present, that is totally fine.

What if an accident occurs?
We are fully insured for any accident that may happen to our staff or anything in your property. We will always be happy to provide a copy of our insurance policy upon request.

What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?
Our goal is to provide you with the best possible cleaning experience. If you're not satisfied with the cleaning, please let us know right away to - contact@radiantrooms.co.uk so we can address any concerns. We stand behind our work and want to make sure you're completely satisfied with our services.

Why does your contact number start 01732 if you have a London branch?
That’s a very good question, and something we get asked often! Our family run business first started in East Dulwich, we have since as a family moved to West Malling, Kent but our East Dulwich cleaning branch is still running stronger than ever - and growing! The business owner, Jack, is at the East Dulwich branch still several times a week checking in with our staff and clients to ensure we are always performing at our best.
